Rentals:

Please ensure that all rented products are returned on time, as they are typically reserved for subsequent bookings. If any damage occurs during use that prevents immediate re-rental, please notify us immediately via email at info@dachboxmiete-stuttgart.de with the subject "Damage."

Make sure to return all keys, straps, and additional items provided to you in a complete and undamaged condition on the agreed return date. Missing or damaged items will be charged accordingly.

Returns must always be made at the location where the products were collected. You selected the return date during the booking process. You can modify this date free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled return date via your customer account, provided there are no subsequent bookings. In exceptional cases, our customer service team can evaluate a different return date and grant special permission. For such requests, please email us with the subject "Special Case.

if the agreed return date is not adhered to and no special authorization has been granted, we will charge you for the resulting expenses at an hourly rate of €45 gross, as well as any revenue loss incurred

In the event of damage to a product during the rental period, and if no fully comprehensive insurance has been taken out, the full repair or replacement costs will be charged to you

If you opted to fit the carriers yourself or chose not to use our fitting service, and this results in damage to your vehicle or the rented products, you bear full liability.

We kindly ask you to handle all rented items with care and to adhere to the agreed return dates to ensure a smooth process

Purchases:

Unused, sealed products can be returned within 14 days. Additionally, the statutory regulations regarding the right of withdrawal and warranty apply.
